There is a 14 day money back return&refund policy. 

Before 14 days- all boxes purchesed with names of the donator will be reset on the interactive map. The box number will be placed back onto the available boxes for purchase. 

After 14 days- Refund is no longer possible. Your "Deed to a Duck Box" has been shipped and your donation name has been added to the interactive map.
